Projects:
I have two ongoing projects. One explores the diplomatic consequences of governments withdrawing from multilateral treaties. The other assess the efficacy of a human rights monitoring and enforcement mechanism implemented by the United Nations known as a Universal Periodic Review.

What most excites you about Cornell:
I don’t like heights, so I find the gorges to be pretty exciting. I’m also very excited to be a part of the academic communities in the Government Department and the Brooks School of Public Policy.
