Building on my experience with international relations, political theory, and science/technology studies, my research focuses on the long-term evolution of foreign policy strategies. I explore how emerging technologies and new strategic assets interact with changing domestic and international political conditions to induce alternative methods for pursuing state grand strategy and other core national foreign policy priorities.
