Research Focus

My research focuses on the intersection between international relations and science-technology studies, with an emphasis on space policy.  Currently, my work explores the long-term coevolution of technological innovation and foreign policy strategies, in both national and multilateral settings.  I also examine public-private collaboration on space technologies, and how geopolitical competition has influenced the political economy of this sector.
